Do I still get charged automatically for my paid rate plan if the Auto Recharge feature is off in my account?
Yes. The Auto Recharge feature only applies for your Voice Credit balance. If it is off, your Voice Credit balance will not be automatically recharged, but the rate plan fee will still be deducted every month from this balance.
