    How long is my plan valid?
    • If you’re using Pingo Premium, then your plan is valid for 180 days from the date of your last activity on your account (call, SMS, or Voice Credit purchase). After 180 days, the Pingo Premium plan automatically converts to Pingo Platinum. The rate plan fee and rates for Pingo Platinum will apply starting with the date of conversion.
    • If you’re using Pingo Platinum, then your plan is active until you decide to change it or close your account.
