You can sign in to the Pingo app using your Google account, Apple account, or the email address and password associated with your Pingo.com account.

Before you sign in with Google or Apple

If you'd like to use Google or Apple to sign in, first make sure your account is linked:

1. Sign in to your Pingo.com account.
2. Go to My Information.
3. In the Profile section, check whether your Google or Apple account is already linked.
4. If it isn't, click Attach and follow the prompts to link your account.

Sign in to the app

1. Open the Pingo app on your smartphone.
2. Tap Log In.
3. Choose one of the following sign-in methods:
   • Tap the Google icon to sign in with your linked Google account.
   • Tap the Apple icon to sign in with your linked Apple account.
   • Or enter the email address and password associated with your Pingo.com account.

If you don't have an account yet, you can create one directly in the app.

If you've forgotten your password, tap Forgot Password in the app or use the password reset page to create a new one.
