    Why am I receiving the "account registration failed" message while trying to make a call using the Pingo App?
    Please note the App is working fine on our end. However, in order to resolve any recent bugs encountered, please follow the troubleshooting guide:
    • ensure that the app is updated to the latest version
    • Try to log out, delete the app, power off your phone/device and power it on, and then reinstall the app.
